Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a new opportunity from September? We are currently recruiting for an IT Technician to join a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Ealing. This full-time role is available for 5 days per week and offers the opportunity to become an integral part of the school's support team.
The school is a vibrant and inclusive secondary school with a strong focus on providing students and staff with a safe, supportive and effective learning environment. As an IT Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical support across the school, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff and students receive a high level of assistance. You will work closely with the wider team to maintain the school's IT infrastructure and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing first-line technical support to staff and students
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and classroom equipment
- Managing user accounts, permissions and system updates
