We are working with a range of welcoming and well-resourced secondary schools across the Dover area who are seeking enthusiastic Health & Social Care Teachers to join their teams on a full-time basis from September 2026.
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across up to KS4
- Inspire students to achieve their full potential in Health & Social Care.
- Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with curriculum requirements.
- Monitor and support student progress through effective feedback and intervention.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Health & Social Care within a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Salary & Benefits£32,916 - £51,047 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications, and additional responsibilities - PAYE
