The Role
- Teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and respect for diverse beliefs and values.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Religious Education in a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to achieving the best outcomes for all students.
- Possesses a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
