Our reputable agency is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Design and Technology Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Burnley. As a full-time position, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the learning journey of young minds, starting from September. Role and Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality and engaging Design and Technology lessons to secondary school students. Teach various aspects of Design Technology, including but not limited to graphics, product design, textiles, and resistant materials. Develop and implement creative lesson plans, catering to different learning styles and abilities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student collaboration. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Design and Technology curriculum. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and advancements in the field of Design and Technology.Requirements: Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, specializing in Design and Technology.
