Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Kettering area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled education professional who is passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development whilst making a positive impact within the classroom.
As a Level 4 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to deliver high-quality support across a range of year groups.
You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential, supporting both academic progress and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.
- Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
- Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.
- Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Provide classroom cover when required and support the wider school team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A recognised Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable.
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach to education.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
