Graduate Teaching Opportunity - Kettering
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time Term-Time Only
Pay Rate: 90-100 per day (dependent on experience)
We are working with secondary schools across Kettering that are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join them as Graduate Teachers immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical classroom experience, build confidence, and explore future teacher training pathways such as PGCE or SCITT.
About the Role
As a Graduate Teacher, you'll support classroom learning by delivering pre-prepared lessons, assisting students, and learning from experienced teachers. You'll develop subject knowledge, gain valuable experience, and make a real difference to students' learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons and supervise classes across various subjects
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students
- Maintain positive behaviour and a focused learning environment
