Are you a Science graduate looking to begin a career in teaching straight away? This is an excellent opportunity to join a Graduate Teaching Programme in secondary schools across Kettering, gaining paid, hands-on classroom experience while working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
The Role:
- Support the delivery of Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure possible)
- Work alongside experienced teachers in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics
- Provide targeted academic support to individuals and small groups
- Gradually take on increased teaching responsibility as part of the training programme
- Engage fully with mentoring, training, and professional development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds (or is on track to achieve) a degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related)
