About the Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that examinations run smoothly and in full compliance with exam board regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising students throughout the exam
- Ensuring a quiet, secure, and supportive atmosphere

Training, Development, and Progression
All candidates booked through Tradewind Recruitment will be required to complete a mandatory online training course prior to undertaking any invigilation work. This training ensures that you are fully prepared and confident in understanding exam regulations, safeguarding responsibilities, and best practice when supervising students.
For candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a genuine interest in working with young people, Tradewind Recruitment can also support transitions into other roles within education.
