Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Attendance & Family Support Officer to work with secondary schools in Blackpool and Lancashire for the 2026/2027 academic year. The role focuses on addressing student absenteeism through community engagement, targeted family action plans, and data monitoring.

Candidate requirements include:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills

This is a full-time, term-time only position Monday to Friday, with competitive daily rates from £115 to £145, paid weekly.
