Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to build a long-term career within education? We are currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to join a supportive complex needs provision in Becontree, Dagenham, supporting pupils aged 8-11 with Autism, additional learning needs, and communication difficulties.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about SEN education and are looking for long-term progression within a specialist school setting.

The Role:
  • Support pupils with complex needs, Autism, and additional learning difficulties
  • Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and learning support
  • Promote student engagement, communication, and independence
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience working with children or young people with SEN or complex needs
