A large secondary school based in West London is looking for a Curriculum Leader for Drama to join their team from September 2026. The school is seeking an ambitious and inspirational teacher or an existing middle leader who is passionate about Drama and committed to raising standards and student achievement. This is a permanent, full‑time position starting on 1st September 2026.

Salary: Inner London Pay Scale + TLR 2a (3,527). The school has onsite parking available.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A relevant degree in Drama, Performing Arts or a related subject
  • Experience teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach Key Stage 5 desirable
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding teaching and learning
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and engage students from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
  • Commitment to raising achievement and supporting students to succeed
  • Previous leadership experience or the ambition and capability to step into a middle leadership role

Salary Information: Salary will be paid in line with the Inner London Pay Scale, plus TLR 2a (3,527) for the successful candidate. Progression through the pay scale is dependent on experience and performance.
