What does the role involve?
The main aim of this role is to deliver exceptional teaching and learning for the fantastic students of this great school. In Media Studies, they teach students from Year 10 to Year 13. You will be required to actively engage in up-to-date teaching pedagogy and contribute to the continual improvement and refinement of teaching. To do this, you will benefit from 50% additional non-contact time above your standard PPA time specifically to facilitate engagement with improving teaching pedagogy (as is the case for all their teachers). You will also join one of the school's 3 Houses as a Form Tutor and through this vital role help students settle for the day and develop the learning attributes required to engage in active learning.
