We are seeking a dedicated and confident Behaviour Manager to work across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced behaviour professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives and supporting schools to create calm, safe, and productive learning environments.
The Role: As a Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting students who require additional guidance. You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to help students regulate their behaviour, re‑engage with learning, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with challenging behaviour on a one‑to‑one and small group basis
- Implementing and reinforcing behaviour policies consistently across the school
- De‑escalating challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Working with pastoral and SEN teams to deliver tailored behaviour support strategies
- Acting as a positive role model and building strong, trusting relationships with students
- Monitoring behaviour progress and contributing to behaviour plans and reviews
