Are you a passionate and creative Food Technology Teacher looking for your next challenge in a supportive and ambitious secondary school? We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join a successful Design & Technology department from September 2026 on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to teach Food Technology in a well-established school that values high-quality teaching, staff development, and positive student outcomes.

The Role

Salary

Outer London MPS1 - UPS3 (Β£39,090 - Β£60,092 per annum). The salary offered will be dependent upon the successful candidate's experience, qualifications, and current level of teaching practice.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an overseas teaching qualification recognised as equivalent through UK NARIC
  • Have the ability to teach Food Technology to a high standard
  • Be committed to delivering engaging and challenging lessons
  • Have strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
  • Be dedicated to raising achievement and supporting student progress
  • Be keen to contribute to the wider life of the school
