Full-Time Learning Support Assistant - Core Subjects (Maths, English & Science)
Location: Croydon
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week
We are working with welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Croydon who are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students across Maths, English and Science. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LSA who is passionate about education, enjoys working closely with young people, and is looking to develop their career within a positive and well-structured school environment.
The Role:
- Provide in-class and small-group support across core subjects
- Help students access the curriculum and build confidence in Maths, English and Science
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to support learning outcomes
- Support students with varying abilities, ensuring engagement and progress
- Act as a positive role model within the classroom and wider school community
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science
