Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Swindon and the surrounding areas. As a preferred supplier of choice to many secondary schools in Swindon, Tradewind has lots of opportunities available, meaning there's plenty of work for the right candidates!
Your Role:
- Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning
- Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons
Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train
- Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching
- People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.)
- Confident, approachable communicators with a positive, professional attitude
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals
No school experience? No problem! We provide FREE CPD, full training, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed and build confidence in the classroom.
What We Offer:
- Ongoing opportunities 3-5 days per week (term time only)
