Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Swindon and the surrounding areas. As a preferred supplier of choice to many secondary schools in Swindon, Tradewind has lots of opportunities available, meaning there's plenty of work for the right candidates!

Your Role:

  • Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning
  • Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train
  • Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching
  • People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.)
  • Confident, approachable communicators with a positive, professional attitude
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals
