Cover Supervisor – Corby
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across the Corby area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience while supporting students\’ learning and behaviour in the absence of the class teacher.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning by delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive, focused classroom environment.
The Role
- Supervising classes during teacher absence using pre-set work
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting students to stay on task and engaged with their learning
