Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with schools located in Alford that are seeking a flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support with general cover. The opportunity will be part-time and up to 1 - 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
The role of a Cover Supervisor is ideal for a candidate seeking experience in a mainstream secondary school or an individual considering a teaching career. The position involves the following:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students are focused.
- Be adaptable in the classroom and overcome challenges following behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures.
- Demonstrate professional and positive attitudes in the classroom.
- Collaborate with members of staff on site and encourage good behaviour from students.
To apply for this role, you must have the following:
- Experience working within an educational role.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to undergo one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory References.
The rate for this role will be £100 - £150 per day.
