Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis across a trust of secondary schools in the Chesterfield area .
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and keen to gain valuable classroom experience, whether you are an aspiring teacher, education graduate, or experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work.
The Role:
Deliver pre-set work to classes in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Support students to stay on task and engage with their learning
Work across a range of secondary schools within a supportive multi-academy trust
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
