Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in your career? At Tradewind Recruitment, we're expanding, and are seeking driven consultants to join our growing Cornwall office.
The Role:
- As part of our Cornwall team, you'll manage your own desk and play a key role in supporting schools across Cornwall.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts.
- Source, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff.
- Build your own candidate and client base while servicing existing relationships.
- Work to ambitious but achievable targets in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We're specifically seeking consultants with:
- Proven experience in education recruitment (minimum 1 year preferred).
- A strong track record of building and growing a desk.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
