Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with an all-through school in Corby to appoint a dedicated Youth Mentor from September 2026.
This full-time role covers both primary and secondary phases, EYFS to KS4, supporting pupils facing social, emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges.
You will work within the pastoral, inclusion, and wellbeing team to provide mentoring, promote wellbeing, and help learners engage with education while building strong relationships with staff and families.
