Tradewind Recruitment seeks a dedicated Behaviour Support Officer to join a secondary school in Corby, Northamptonshire.

You will work to help pupils overcome barriers to learning, build resilience and self-regulation, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You will support students in managing behaviour, engage in one-to-one and small-group work, and coordinate with parents and external agencies.
