This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in schools while developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful teaching career.
Whether you have recently completed a degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, Sport, or another subject area, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
- Support students in lessons across your specialist subject area
- Deliver small group interventions and one‑to‑one support
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Gain exposure to different teaching strategies and educational settings
- Develop the skills required for future teacher training programmes
What We Are Looking For
- A degree (2:2 classification or above preferred)
- A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
