Role
- Support pupils across the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 within the classroom environment.
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging, creative, and age‑appropriate learning activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to help children achieve their learning objectives.
- Promote children's social, emotional, and academic development.
- Assist in creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children's phonics, literacy, numeracy, and communication skills development.
- Encourage positive behaviour and independence both inside and outside the classroom.
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's values and ethos.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working with children within EYFS, KS1, or a similar educational setting.
