Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Communication Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Northamptonshire who use BSL, Makaton, AAC, or PECS to develop communication and confidence.
You will work one-to-one or in small groups, collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and Speech and Language Therapists to deliver personalised strategies and create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
