Who We're Looking For

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching pupils with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs
  • Are patient, resilient, and adaptable
  • Communicate well and thrive in a team environment
  • Are passionate about supporting vulnerable learners

Experience in specialist schools or therapeutic settings is a bonus but not essential.
