This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting schools through high-quality administrative, financial and operational support. You'll become an integral member of a welcoming central team, helping ensure the smooth running of services across a number of schools. The Role As a School Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the day-to-day administration of the trust's central office. Processing purchase orders, invoices and routine financial transactions. Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with finance queries. Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently. Providing a welcoming front-of-house service for visitors, staff and parents. Managing visitor sign-in procedures and ensuring safeguarding and security protocols are followed. Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and distributing documentation. Maintaining electronic filing systems, policies and shared documents. Providing administrative support for projects, outreach programmes and trust-wide initiatives. Completing general office duties including data entry, document preparation and photocopying. Supporting colleagues across the organisation with a variety of administrative tasks. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school, academy trust or busy office environment. Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Confidence using Microsoft Office and online administrative systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently as well as part of a team. An understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and safeguarding responsibilities.
