Role Overview
This role suits an experienced Behaviour Mentor who can support students with complex behavioural needs and provide guidance to other staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead behaviour interventions for high-need students
- Support and mentor behaviour staff
- Contribute to behaviour plans and risk assessments
- Work closely with Tutors and the Pastoral Lead
