Tradewind Recruitment is currently supporting a specialist provision in the Colchester area to appoint a full-time SEN Teacher from September, working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and behavioural difficulties.
This role would suit a teacher who is confident managing behaviour, building positive relationships, and delivering structured, engaging lessons that support both academic progress and emotional development.
