Classroom Support – Warrington
Tradewind Education is seeking a Classroom Support Assistant to support primary schools across Warrington.
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will work across multiple year groups, providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are looking for a committed and proactive individual with prior SEN experience.
You will play a key role in helping to make learning accessible by delivering content prepared by the class teacher. With clear support plans in place, your role will involve maintaining student engagement and focus throughout the school day. To support this, you will be expected to use a range of differentiation strategies, including brain breaks and scaffolding, to meet individual needs effectively.
