We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work full-time across a range of secondary schools in Lewisham. Responsibilities

  • Contributing to behaviour support plans and intervention strategies

Qualifications

  • Previous and relevant experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar pastoral/behaviour support role
  • Proven experience working within secondary school settings
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
  • A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
