We are currently seeking an experienced and committed Behaviour Mentor to work full-time (5 days per week) across welcoming and well-regarded secondary schools in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and making a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal development. The Role

  • Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
  • Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leads
  • Providing 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Helping students develop self-regulation, resilience, and positive coping strategies
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement across the school

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar pastoral/behaviour support role
  • Has experience working with secondary-aged students
  • Is calm, resilient, and confident in managing challenging behaviour
  • Builds strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
  • Is committed, reliable, and able to work full-time
