Tradewind is currently looking for a dedicated and qualified Forest School Leader to join a Primary School in Greenwich from January 2026 and deliver Forest School lessons from EYFS through to Year 4.

Role

As a Forest School Leader, you will plan and deliver engaging outdoor lessons that connect children with nature alongside the national curriculum. You will encourage exploration, teamwork and problem solving through nature‑led activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead regular Forest School sessions for children aged 4‑9
  • Promote outdoor learning and environmental awareness across the school
  • Ensure the safety, inclusion and engagement of all learners
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in an outdoor setting
  • A passion for nature and child‑led learning
