Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Secondary Schools - Merton
5 Days per Week Full-Time
The Role
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including those with SEN and additional learning needs
- Working closely with teachers and the SEN department to support learning, behaviour, and engagement
- Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
