We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in the Croydon area. This is a full-time position, working five days per week, offering consistency, stability, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning and development.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support, both inside and outside the classroom. You will collaborate with teachers and the wider SEN team to help pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
