Tradewind are working with a two-form entry primary school in Greenford rated 'Good' by Ofsted, to recruit an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time role starting February 2026 and continuing until July 2026. This is a welcoming, community-focused school with a strong focus on inclusion and pupil wellbeing. The leadership team are experienced in supporting ECTs and offer regular mentoring, additional release time, and practical guidance to help you settle into your first teaching role. The Role:

  • Teach a class within EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (year group to be confirmed based on your experience and preference).

  • Work closely with your phase leader and mentor to develop your teaching practice.

Requirements:
