About the Role: As the Behaviour Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. You'll oversee behaviour management strategies, support staff in implementing consistent approaches, and work directly with students to help them make positive choices and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on behaviour management across the school, ensuring policies are applied consistently
- Support teachers and support staff in managing classroom behaviour effectively

- Work closely with pastoral teams, senior leaders, and parents to support behaviour and attendance plans

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a behaviour or pastoral management role (school-based experience essential)
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
