A well-established independent secondary school in Ealing is seeking a talented and creative Art Teacher to join their successful Visual Arts department. The role is available to start immediately and will continue until the end of the academic year (July 2026), with potential to extend.

This is a part-time position, with flexibility on days depending on availability. The school operates with small class sizes and places a strong emphasis on academic achievement, personal growth, and creative exploration.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and imaginative Art lessons across KS4 and KS5 (mainly GCSE and A-Level).
  • Support students in developing technical skills and exploring a range of artistic media and practices.
  • Encourage independent thinking, critical analysis, and personal expression in line with exam board expectations.
  • Prepare students for assessments, portfolios, and exhibitions, with a strong focus on achieving outstanding academic outcomes.
  • Foster a supportive classroom environment where students are motivated to achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the broader life of the school through clubs, workshops or arts-based events (where applicable).
