Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: £60 Per day (PAYE)
Are you a resilient educator who excels in non-mainstream settings? We are seeking an experienced HLTA (or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant) with a strong background in SEMH to support our KS4 pupils in Chorley.
The Role:
- Working with Year 10 and 11 students with EHCPs, you will deliver tailored interventions to bridge the gap between academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
- Lead: Deliver small group sessions and 1:1 support.
- Support: Use ELSA strategies to manage anxiety and build social skills.
- Impact: Help vulnerable learners achieve their functional skills or GCSE goals.
Key Requirements:
