Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage SEND provision across the school
- Coordinate and monitor EHCPs and provision mapping
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies
- Support and train staff in best practices for inclusive education
- Ensure the school remains compliant with SEND legislation and statutory requirements
- SENDCO qualification - this is essential
- Previous experience working in a similar SEND leadership role within a secondary school setting
- A strong understanding of current SEND legislation and best practice
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
