Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a respected trust of specialist schools in Chesterfield for motivated and resilient Graduate Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of SEN and alternative provision settings.

This role involves supporting students with additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, autism and behavioural challenges. Successful candidates will work closely with teaching staff to provide classroom support, promote engagement and help students achieve positive educational and personal outcomes.

The schools within the trust take a highly nurturing and relational approach, with a strong focus on inclusion, emotional wellbeing and preparing young people for future education, employment and independent life.

The successful candidate will:
