Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a large primary school near Winsford for a HLTA on a part time basis. This new role is working on a Thursday and Friday every week up until the end of the academic year covering teachers PPA time. The school's day is 8:30am to 3:30pm each day and the daily rate for the role starts at £115 a day.
As a HLTA you will be expected to cover whole lessons in the absence of teachers, support with lesson planning and maintaining engagement and positive behaviour in the classroom.
The ideal candidate is someone with a specific HLTA qualification or qualified teaching status that can work well in a large school and build good relationships with staff and pupils.
