Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a specialist setting? A well-established SEMH provision in the Chester area is currently looking to recruit resilient, confident, and experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The Role:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Building strong, consistent relationships with pupils
- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
