Tradewind Education is recruiting for a range of Teaching Assistant positions in schools across Chesham & Buckinghamshire. This opportunity includes placements in both mainstream secondary schools and specialist SEN provisions.
The Role
- Supportive staff teams and structured training

Key Responsibilities
- Support students in class to access learning
- Provide small-group or one-to-one intervention
- Assist with classroom preparation and resources
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
- Support students with additional needs where required
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people (essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, proactive attitude
- Experience supporting SEN (preferred but not essential)
