About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Secondary Supply Teachers to support a range of schools across Chelmsford. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build confidence, gain varied classroom experience, and benefit from flexible working arrangements.
As a supply teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3-5 within your subject specialism, maintain a positive and structured learning environment, and ensure students remain motivated and on task.
