Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality English lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
- Assess, monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to support achievement.
- Differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and engagement.
