Are you a passionate Sports Coach or an aspiring Cover Supervisor looking to gain valuable experience in secondary schools? Tradewind Recruitment is currently expanding its pool of enthusiastic and reliable Sports Coaches and Cover Supervisors to support our partnership secondary schools across Doncaster. We have a range of flexible opportunities available from September, including day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term roles.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Supervise students and ensure they remain engaged with the work provided.
- Support pupils' learning, wellbeing, and development throughout the school day.
- Lead and support PE lessons, sports activities, or extracurricular sessions where required.
- Follow school safeguarding, behaviour, and health and safety policies at all times.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leaders.
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups.
- Experience working with young people in a school, sports coaching, youth work, or similar setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A confident, flexible, and proactive approach to working in schools.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.
- The ability to travel to schools across Doncaster.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Relevant coaching qualifications or previous school experience are desirable but not essential.
- Flexible work to suit your availability.
