We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming specialist school in Camden for an enthusiastic SEMH Teacher to join their team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you'll help pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
The Role
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEMH needs.
You'll create a positive and structured learning environment, support students both academically and emotionally, and work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with pupils with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour is desirable.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to teaching.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
