The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will: Support children across the EYFS framework Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities Support children's social, emotional and educational development Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment Encourage children's communication, confidence and independence Observe and assess children's progress and contribute to learning records Work closely with teachers, nursery staff and other professionals Build strong and positive relationships with children and families Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures Support the smooth running of the classroom or nursery setting The Setting The role is based in Hampstead, with opportunities to work within established Early Years settings and primary schools.
