Graduate Teaching Assistant Location: Camden, North London

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only | Long-Term

Salary: £95-£110 per day (Depending on experience and hours)

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to develop their classroom skills while working alongside experienced teachers in a supportive school environment. You'll support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering targeted interventions, assisting in lessons, and helping children reach their full potential.

The Role

  • Support class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups
  • Help children build confidence and make academic progress
  • Support pupils with SEND where required
  • Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management
  • Gain invaluable experience ahead of teacher training or a career in education

The Ideal Candidate

  • A degree in any subject
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience working with children (through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, volunteering or schools) is desirable but not essential
